Itinerary
Day 1: ARRIVAL KATHMANDU
Arrival at Tribhuvan International airport in Kathmandu, Nepal
Meeting and assistance at the airport
You will be welcomed with Khada (Tibetan silk scarf) or flower garland outside the arrival terminal gate by our representative.
You will be transferred to your hotel.
Overnight at your hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 2: KATHMANDU
Morning, half-day tour of old Kathmandu city, its Durbar square, myriad of temples including the temple residence of the Living Goddess, Kumari. Proceed on to Swoyambhunath Stupa. Swoyambhunath is a Buddhist Stupa said to be more than 2000 years old, is perched on a hillock 77 meters above the valley floor and offering a bird’s eye view of the Kathmandu City.
Afternoon, Visit Pashupatinath temple, the temple of Lord Shiva situated on the banks of the sacred Bagmati River. Pashupatinath, with a tiered golden roof and silver doors, is famous for its superb architecture. Continue onwards to Boudhanath Stupa, the colossal Stupa in Nepal set on concentric ascending terraces in the powerful pattern of a Mandala.

Day 3: KATHMANDU
Morning, half-day tour of twin villages Bungmati & Khokana Villages, classic Newari ancient villages especially popular for woodcarving and oil pressing in a traditional way.
Afternoon, a tour of Patan, also known as Lalitpur or the "city of beauty" is the oldest city in the valley. A great center both of the Newari Buddhist religion and of traditional arts & crafts with 136 bahals or courtyards and 55 major temples.

Day 4: KATHMANDU
Morning, half-day tour of Budhanilkantha temple - Hindu pilgrimages dedicated to Lord Vishnu. In this temple a deity of Lord Vishnu who is also known as Narayan is located on Jalasayana which means sitting on an Ananta Sea.
Afternoon, a tour of Kopan Monastery - a center of Mahayana Buddhism. The center has been responsible for introducing thousands to Buddha's teaching through meditation courses, lectures & retreats.

Day 5: KATHMANDU
Morning, half-day tour of Changunarayan temple, one of the oldest temples in Nepal dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple now covers at least seventeen hundred years of Nepalese art history.
Afternoon, a tour of Sankhu village, a very old Newar city and lies 23 km from Kathmandu. It derives its name from Sankhapura, which means Conch City. It lies on the ancient route to Tibet. This legendary city is worth a visit, because of its old houses, beautiful wood- carved temples and old stone water taps.

Day 6: KATHMANDU
Morning, visit Dakshinkali temple - one of the most famous temples in Nepal dedicated to Kali, the fearful form of Lord Shiva’s wife

Day 7: KATHMANDU - NAGARKOTE
After breakfast, visit Bhaktapur, the "City of Devotees" and the home of medieval art and architecture, a classic showcase of medieval Nepalese town life. Walk through the brick-paved Palace Square overlooked by the Palace of the 55 windows with its imposing Golden Gate, The Pashupatinath Temple built as a replica of the original in Kathmandu overlooked by the finely carved Chyasalin Mandap in the centre. Walk to the Nyatapole Temple the five-storied Pagoda, the tallest temple in the country guarded by a series of mythical animals and deities overlooking the Bhairav temple dedicated to the Tantric deity of Bhairav.
Proceed on to Nagarkote hill(35kms/1.5hrs from Kathmandu).
Situated 2175m above sea level, Nagarkot is a popular tour and hill destination of Nepal. It is famous mountain and sunrise views. Five of the world's 10 tallest Mountains: Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8516m), Cho Oyu (8201m), Makalu (8463m) and Manaslu (8163m) along with many other lesser summits can be viewed from this place (during clear weather). The place is surrounded by the terraced hillside and most beautiful scenery. It is possible to make walking tours to nearby villages (optional).

Day 8: NAGARKOTE - KATHMANDU – DEPARTURE
Early morning, a possibility of mountain/sunrise view from hotel premises (weather permitting).
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu
Transfer to the airport to connect the international flight.
