Day 1: ARRIVAL - KATHMANDU (-/-/-)
Arrival at Tribhuvan International airport in Kathmandu, Nepal
Meeting and assistance at the airport
You will be welcomed with Khada (Tibetan silk scarf) or flower garland outside the arrival terminal gate by our representative.
You will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 2: KATHAMNDU (B/-/-)
Morning, half-day tour of old Kathmandu city, its Durbar square, myriad of temples including the temple residence of the Living Goddess, Kumari. Proceed on to Swoyambhunath Stupa. Swoyambhunath is a Buddhist Stupa said to be more than 2000 years old, is perched on a hillock 77 meters above the valley floor and offering a bird’s eye view of the Kathmandu City.
Afternoon, tour of Patan, also known as Lalitpur or the "city of beauty" is the oldest city in the valley
A great center both of the Newari Buddhist religion and of traditional arts & crafts with 136 bahals or courtyards and 55 major temples

Day 3: KATHMANDU – SYABRUBESI (1550 M) (B/L/D)
Morning, drive to Syabru Besi (1,550m) (122 kms / 7-8 hrs approx.)
Transfer to local lodge / tea house.
Rest of the day is free.

Day 4: SYABRUBESI – LAMAHOTEL (2470 M) (6 HRS WALK) (B/L/D)
Today, commence trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel. You will slowly ascend to a higher altitude alongside the Langtang River. As we walk through oak and rhododendron forests, you can visit small Tamang villages, which are adorned with stones houses, constructed impeccably, and get a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Day 5: LAMA HOTEL – MUNDU (3550 M) (6-7 HRS WALK) (B/L/D)
After breakfast, continue climbing through the forest with occasional glimpses of Langtang Lirung between the trees. When reaching Ghora Tabela, the trail emerges from the forest and see snow-capped mountains on either side of the valley.

Day 6: MUNDU – KYANGJIN (3800 M) (6 HRS WALK) (B/L/D)
After breakfast, climb gradually through yak pastures. After crossing several small streams and moraines, the trail reaches the settlement at Kyanjin. This village has a small Tibetan monastery and a government-operated cheese factory.

Day 7: KYANGJIN (B/L/D)
Today you can rest or explore the area. You can visit the monastery and the cheese factory, walk up the moraine to see the spectacular ice faces and tumbling glaciers of Langtang Lirung or ascend Kyangjin Ri directly behind the village, for a breath-taking panorama of the Langtang peaks.

Day 8: KYANGJIN – LAMA HOTEL (2470 M) (6 HRS WALK) (B/L/D)
Today from Kyangjin retrace the route you followed up the valley, following the Langtang Khola to Mundu village, Ghora Tabela and continue the steep descent to Lama Hotel.

Day 9: LAMA HOTEL – SYABRUBESI (1550 M) (5 HRS WALK) (B/L/D)
After breakfast, continue retracing your steps back to Syabru Besi, enjoying the quiet forested hills.

Day 10: SYABRUBESI – KATHMANDU (B/L/-)
After breakfast, commence your return journey back to Kathmandu.
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to your hotel.
