A note to advise you that we are delighted with the service we have received from Nirmal at Trip to Nepal. It has been quick, efficient and unobtrusive. My colleague had an uninvited guest - a rat- in her room in the middle of the night at the Yak and Yeti Hotel and was traumatized by it. As soon as I phoned Nirmal to say that we required new accommodation he set about finding us alternative accommodation and we were quickly settled in a new hotel. I was planning to call you this week. We had very good trip through your local agent Trip To Nepal. Well organized! We paced ourselves according to our needs and they were very accommodative. Prajjwol was excellent, well organised. Setthraram our driver in Kathmandu was very good. Itinerary worked out perfect .and hotels were very good. Overall all positive. The agency "Trip to Nepal" you used in Kathmandu is very good, professional and great safety and personal touch. Both Nirmal and Sukendra were very professional and constantly in touch at each destination. All hotels were also very good with Dwarikas being the best of the lot. Temple Tree too was a great property. Unfortunately not very pleased with the Soaltee Crown Plaza, for a business property they had no wifi (it was paid), we had some security issues, housekeeping was lax and no warmth or personal touch. Front office were just too busy and could not handle the crowd. Although great Chinese restaurant and sprawling property which made up for the rest. Guides at both Kathmandu and Pokhara were also very good, knowledgeable, safe and professional. Driver too throughout the trip was very cautious and experienced.

Everything about the trip was superb from arrival to departure; the hotels, the guides, the trips, the views were excellent. We will definitely return and highly recommend your organization.

We had a wonderful time in Nepal. Everyone involved with our trip was most helpful and cheerful. Our driver Jeevan was exceptionally good, always on time and most helpful. Nirmal was great! Our whole trip in Nepal has been amazing – the hotel was astonishing (Hotel Dwarikas) and the helicopter trip (we were blessed with the weather!) and our guide Sharad Man who showed us Patan and Bhaktapur was so knowledgeable and good. Nirmal (Representative) and Helman (Driver) have taken very good care of us and made everything run smoothly.

Reliability – I could relax knowing that everything was arranged, that if there were any issues they would be taken care of. Quality that accommodation, transport, tours, etc. were top-notch.

It was really a nice experience. We were very well looked after… Every member of the team helped us with a positive experience. We will come back again for the Everest flight which we unfortunately missed due to bad weather.

Sukendra, I’m writing to formally thank you for all the assistance given to our delegation during the recent stay in Kathmandu. Everyone appreciated the careful arrangements made by you and your team. We had some quite challenging requirements but everything was taken care of with a minimum of fuss.
